Kitchen Porter 

A kitchen porter is required to support the work of our catering outlets. The successful applicant will accept deliveries and move stock and other equipment.  Experience of maintaining accurate records, stocktaking, stock rotation and vending duties are required.  Duties also include supporting the kitchen production and undertaking deep cleaning duties as per the departments cleaning schedule.

MIS Officer (Learner Records)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for the post of MIS Officer (Learner Records) on a maternity cover basis

The post holder will be responsible for entering data into the information systems, ensuring the accuracy and credibility of learner records. Will assist and support the preparation of timely data returns whilst working flexibly within the wider MIS team. In addition, they will ensure effective services are provided in accordance with relevant legislation and guidance and co-ordinate internal processes such as obtaining evidence of learning activities.

Admissions Assistant – Attendance & Transport

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for the post of Admissions Assistant– Attendance & Transport.

To assist in the day to day monitoring of student attendance by taking telephone absences and administering the relevant data, and to assist with the College subsidised transport applications, in order to offer a high quality service to students, parents and staff members.

This is an ideal opportunity, with a requirement to start in September 2018, to join a busy and supportive Skills Team as a Communicator for deaf and hearing impaired students.  You will work with a hearing impaired student, giving support within the classroom, signing and note taking and have an empathetic approach.  Applicants must be able to work flexibly and provide assistance as per the current college timetable.

Finance Apprentice

An ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to assist the Finance Team at Seevic College. 

You should have good working knowledge of excel and word, good administrative and IT skills and the ability to multi-task.  Ideally you will have some AAT or accounting qualification but this is not essential.  You must be able to communicate effectively to all levels both orally and in writing and you must have the ability to work in a pressurised environment.

An interesting opportunity has arisen for the post of Learning Resources Centre Assistant.

This post is to assist in the provision of an efficient and effective College library service for students and staff.

The post requires someone with excellent organisational and administrative skills who is familiar with information technology and is able to apply it in a work setting. You must be able to show a high level of attention to details and work under pressure and deal with a variety of tasks
