Deputy Estates & Compliance Manager

Reporting to The Head a Estates and Facilities the post holder will be required to manage and direct The Estates Team and external agencies, to ensure daily opening and closing of the College, routine repairs, maintenance and cleaning are effectively carried out to support the needs of the business. You will be required to ensure compliance with all aspects of health and safety across both campuses by advising and monitoring internal activities, outside contractors and agencies where appropriate and working with the Head of Facilities and Estates to achieve this.
