Quality Support Officer

£22,735 per annum
An interesting opportunity has arisen for the post of Quality Support Officer.
This post is to support the quality team to improve teaching and learning and provide reliable data and quality activity tracking. The post will also involve the active implementation of appropriate plans, diary management, data and monitoring systems in order to maintain operation of all quality processes.
The post requires someone with recent experience of working in a fast paced office environment undertaking a busy role so needs a “can do” attitude. You will require ECDL or similar and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and how to apply it effectively, specifically Word and PowerPoint.
You will need to have the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team, demonstrating an effective contribution. You will need to exercise discretion and have the ability to handle difficult situations with sensitivity and efficiently.
Additionally, you will have good communication skills and be able to relate to staff and students at all levels. You need to be respectful, open minded and honest.
