Seevic College to offer VTCT Hairdressing Level 2 from September 2014

Seevic College is pleased to announce that it will be offering VTCT Hairdressing Level 2 from September 2014.
This job-ready qualification provides students with the creative skills and knowledge they require to gain employment as a Hairdresser or progress on to higher level study.
The one-year course, which will be based at the College’s main Campus at Runnymede Chase, Benfleet, will see students learn creative hair techniques including cutting women’s hair, colouring and lightening hair, plaiting and twisting hair and how to create a themed hair and beauty image.

To enrol students must be aged 16-18 and have achieved at least 2 GCSEs at Grade D or above, preferably including English. No previous Hairdressing experience is required. On application, prospective students will be invited to attend an interview at the College.
