£15,960 per annum
An interesting opportunity has arisen for the post of Learning Resources Centre Assistant.
This post is to assist in the provision of an efficient and effective College library service for students and staff.
The post requires someone with excellent organisational and administrative skills who is familiar with information technology and is able to apply it in a work setting. You must be able to show a high level of attention to details and work under pressure and deal with a variety of tasks.
You will need the ability to communicate with young people at all levels, particularly young people. You need to be proactive and work on your own initiative and be discreet and able to handle difficult situations sensitively and efficiently.
Additionally, you will have good communication skills and be able to relate to clients and staff at all levels. You must have a flexible approach to your work and be able to work as part of a team.
