Part Time Hours – 14 hours per week; 39 Weeks; Seevic Term Time

£21,086 per annum pro rata  (Actual salary - £15,814.50pa)

You will be working within the Pathways department to enhance the curriculum offer for students with additional support needs.

The successful candidate will have strong people skills, a positive attitude plus enthusiam and determination to develop and support our learners throughout their time at Seevic College.

You will be a creative individual who has the ability and desire to motivate, inspire and challenge students by providing a stimulating, demanding and rewarding learning experience.  You will contribute to the teaching, administration and assessment of students. You will therefore need to have experience of working in an educational or training environment and have knowledge of functional skills.

The successful candidate will have a subject degree with a teaching qualification or working towards. You will also be a flexible team member and possess good IT and organisation skills, with a positive and customer orientated approach.

Candidates will also have a good knowledge of Safeguarding and Prevent.
