An opportunity exists within the MIS Department for an enthusiastic and self motivated person to join and support the Information Systems Department and Manager.
The successful candidate will have recently graduated or already have experience within the IT environment, together with technical and programming ability and understanding. This post requires a knowledge of PHP, SQL and ASP.NET as well as an in-depth knowledge of web based applications, especially based around database accessibility.
You will be able to lead on new IT development, design and maintenance of websites and have relevant up to date knowledge of technology advances. You should be a self motivated individual, who is able to work unsupervised and have exceptional organisational skills to meet deadlines and provide critical solutions in a timely manner to support operational requirements.
SEEVIC College has moved a long way from its roots as a sixth form college. In addition to our main campus at Benfleet, we lead innovative and successful provision in the centre of Basildon. We deliver a broad range of both academic and vocational curriculum and are rapidly expanding our further and higher education and apprenticeship programmes.
