Lead Fitness Advisor & Personal Trainer
Lucy is a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer, has a nutrition qualification and is also qualified in teaching boxercise, spin, kettlebells, aqua and TRX. Lucy specialises in weight loss and boxing. She has trained many people; from cyclists, runners and semi-professional tennis players to post natal clients, clients with hip replacements and other debilitating illnesses, as well as people who are just looking to lose weight.
Lucy can help you get the most of the time you spend in the gym.
Matt is a Level 2 Gym Instructor and is currently studying for his Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification. He enjoys working with people from all walks of life, and is particularly interested in training sport-specific clients.
