- When is the ceremony?

The ceremony will take place at 7.30pm on Wednesday 3 March 2010, 7.30pm - 8.10pm.

- What time should I arrive?

Although the ceremony begins at 7.30pm, you and your guests will need to arrive at the College at 5.30pm to allow time for you to collect your robes, have your photos taken and be briefed on the ceremony.

The ceremony will take place at SEEVIC College, Benfleet Campus in the Theatre. For information on how to get to the College visit the How to find us page.
- I/my guest has a disability – do you need to know?

We can make arrangements to accommodate most requests as long as we know in advance. Please contact the Marketing Department on 01268 756 111 and let them know of your requirements. It may not be possible to make arrangements on the day of your ceremony.
- I am no longer able to attend – do I need to let anyone know?

- How many guest tickets do I receive?

Each graduand receives three guest tickets each.
- Can I get additional tickets?

There are limited additional tickets available for the ceremony.

- Will my tickets be sent to me?

Tickets (including guest tickets) will be sent to your home address at least one week before the ceremony. Please remember to bring them with you.
- Will I be seated with my guests?

No. Graduands are seated in pre-assigned seats, guests have seating elsewhere.
- Where do I order robes?

You must pre-order your robes with the Finance Office at SEEVIC College by Thursday 11 February.

If you would like to have photos taken you must book them online with Success Photography by Friday 26 February 2010.
