Zones Gym
Zones gym located at the Benfleet Campus is a fully equipped air-conditioned fitness suite accessible to students, staff and the general public on a membership basis. In addition, this facility also acts as a realistic work environment for students undertaking work experience.
If you sign up for membership at Zones you will work with our personal trainers to design a training program to help you achieve your goals.
Zones also run a number of classes on evenings and weekends including Cheerleading and Street Dance classes.
