Executive PA to the Principal / Supervisor to the PA Support Team
Benfleet, Essex and Gray's, Essex
Permanent contract - Full-time, 37 hours x 52 weeks
£30,118 per annum
Following the merger between Seevic and Palmer’s College it is an exciting time to join us. We are looking for an experienced enthusiastic PA to join our vibrant and innovative management team.
The Executive PA will provide primary support to the Principal and will be required to travel regularly between our Benfleet and Grays Campuses. In addition to supporting the Principal, the Executive PA will have overall responsibility for supervising our small Executive Support team and provide wider PA support to the SMT when necessary.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is commercial and has comprehensive experience of providing PA support at a senior level, coupled with previous staff management experience.
Additionally the successful candidate will be:
Used to working at pace and multi-tasking
Client focused and professional with the ability to prioritise workloads.
Used to proof reading with exceptional attention to detail.
Familiar with current technology and able to produce business level documentation which includes SmartArt and other graphics
Well educated with a minimum of level 3 in English and Maths. Other recognised professional qualifications are advantageous.
