Early Years Assessor
Part Time – Permanent
3 days per week; 17 Hours Per Week/39 Weeks (Seevic Term Time)
£26,303 per annum, pro rata
A well-established Health & Social Care curriculum area within Seevic College are seeking an Early Years Assessor.
Ideally you will have:
· A TAQA or A1 qualification
· A good level of English and Maths equivalent to Level 2
· Excellent subject knowledge within Early Years
· The ability to engage different learners through a range of assessment strategies
You will also be an enthusiastic individual who has the ability and desire to motivate students and provide a stimulating, demanding and rewarding learning experience in a fast paced department with high expectations. Experience and knowledge of assessing is essential.
The successful candidate will have a subject degree; ideally have experience of teaching in the post-16 sector with a teaching qualification. Candidates will also have a good knowledge of Safeguarding and Prevent.
