To apply to for an Adult Course at SEEVIC College or New Campus Basildon download the Adult Application Form, complete both pages of the form and send it to:

Access Courses only (excluding Access Planning)
If you are eligible for Level 2 or 3 Fee Remission you will also need to complete the relevant self declaration form and return to us with your application form.
