Seevic College aims to provide an excellent service and experience to all its students, staff and the community.
Your feedback and comments are valuable to us and help us in continuing to maintain and improve quality standards throughout the College.

If you are a Seevic College student or parent of a student in the first instance please give your compliments directly to a member of staff, their head of department or to the principal, either verbally or in writing. Download the compliments process flowchart.

We also recognise that there may be occasions when we do not meet your expectations or the standards we set ourselves. If this is the case and you would like to raise an official complaint please refer to the complaints process tab.
If you are a Seevic College student or parent of a student in the first instance please talk to your personal tutor or the head of department for any issue that requires attention. If the issue is not resolved please download and follow the complaints process flowchart.
If you are not a Seevic College student or parent of a student please follow the process below to submit a formal complaint:
1. Please write to the Principal outlining your concerns.
2. Your complaint will be read by the Principal and you will receive an acknowledgement within 5 working days of receipt of your letter.
3. The Principal will pass the complaint to the most appropriate senior staff member who will ensure that a full investigation is carried out.
4. With the agreement of the Principal, the Vice Principal will respond to your complaint in writing within 15 working days of receipt of your letter.
5. If you are still unhappy with the investigation findings and wish to complain further, you can appeal in writing to the Principal within 7 working days of receiving the Vice Principal's response. The Principal will review the investigation. If you are still dissatisfied with the outcome of the appeal you are entitled to complain directly to the Learning and Skills Council.
