Seevic shows its spots and raises money for Children in Need
Seevic students worked hard to raise money for Children in Need last Friday.
The day saw many students coming in wearing fancy dress and donning Pudsey or Blush ‘ears’.
Seevic’s Business students created businesses for the day with all proceeds from their hard work being donated to the worthy cause. The business ideas that they came up with included a bake sale, a wet sponge throwing challenge, a basketball shoot-out competition, a playstation 3 day and stalls selling sweets and chocolate.
As well as all these activities, Essential Skills students worked hard to create a ‘Penny Pudsey’ out of all the pennies and coins that have been donated by staff and students. A small change collection took place throughout the day and this raised a total of £102.20.
