Permanent contract - Full-time, term-time - 37 hours/43 weeks

£26,347 per annum

It is an exciting time to join us at Seevic College with our new enthusiastic, vibrant and hardworking leadership and management teams.

The College is looking to appoint a Careers & IAG Co-ordinator, to manage a broad, dynamic and innovative support, advice and guidance service to students.   The successful candidate will ensure the implementation of high quality inclusive support to students by offering and promoting professional, cohesive and responsive support, information, advice and guidance. 

The post holder will also develop, integrate and impact assess the best available solutions to establish a coherently managed, effective and highly professional range of student services advice provision.

  • Educated to at least degree level
  • A relevant recognised qualification such as Careers Guidance or teaching for example a Diploma in Careers Guidance or NVQ4 in Guidance PGCE or  DTTLS
  • Computer related qualifications
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse and responsive student provision including IAG services, UCAS and careers education.

An understanding of Safeguarding including Prevent and Keeping Children Safe in Education legislation will also be required.
