What is an Apprenticeship?
An apprenticeship is a nationally recognised qualification, giving you the chance to combine hands-on training with academic study.
Throughout your time as an apprentice, you'll be paid at least £3.40 per hour, and be employed and learn among specialists in your chosen field. Alongside this, you'll be entitled to things like holiday pay like any other member of staff.
There's loads of benefits of undertaking an apprenticeship. Around 90% of Apprentices stay in employment after completion, with employers believing that qualified Apprentices are 15% more employable than those with other qualifications*.
