Amy, 19, is heading to Bournemouth University to study Sport and Exercise Science and aims to work in sports rehabilitation.
Amy excelled at netball during her time at Seevic, playing in national finals during her time as a student. She left with a D*D*D*.
Explaining why she chose Seevic, she said: “I had been recommended the sport and exercise science by a friend from netball who had also told my all about how the college integrates your sport in to your studies so that you can get the most out of your college experience.
“During all of my interviews leading up to enrolment, all the staff I had met were very helpful and helped me to understand what the course entailed.”
Amy said her tutors at Seevic had helped her apply to university and prepare for her next stage of studying.
She added: “My teachers encouraged independent learning preparing you for university life, as well providing you will all the essential knowledge which will be a stepping stone for future learning.
“My tutor was very supportive through the whole UCAS process and helped me with my college work throughout the year.”
Amy would recommend Seevic College to anyone looking to study sport.
She added: “Seevic is the best if you want to do well academically, as well including your sport in the programme.”
